As a Contract Manufacturer of Electronics, we have made significant investments that have fueled our growth and created superior customer satisfaction. Our state-of-the-art 75,000 square foot, climate-controlled facility with anti-static floors, meticulous production processes, provides for all the prerequisite testing and analysis protocols and processes such as (3D X-Ray capability, HASS/HALT testing, selective soldering processes, etc.) – capabilities many larger companies can’t match.
As a Certified Small Business, Projects Unlimited Inc. is highly focused on quality. We maintain all the top certifications: ITAR, NADCAP PCB (Printed Circuit Board), NADCAP CHA (Cable Harness Assembles), FAA Certified Repair Station (PU8R860N), and an EASA Certified Repair Station (EASA.145.6856).
PUI employees are trained to the highest manufacturing standards, including J-STD-001 Class 3, J-STD-001 Space, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space.
